Today my new report ‘Blueprint for a Scottish National Investment Bank’ has been published jointly by the New Economics Foundation and Common Weal.
The report provides a detailed account of what a Scottish National Investment Bank (SNIB) could look like, and the legal, political and economic approach needed to establish it. It builds on the work of Banking for the Common Good, a paper published earlier in the year by Common Weal, NEF, Move Your Money and Friends of the Earth Scotland.
